Teaching and Learning support in Foundation subjects
North WestI am currently employed by Sefton LA as a Secondary English Intervention Officer in schools which require support in improving standards. However, the role has widened of late to cover teaching and learning support and curriculum design in foundation subjects.
Ensuring quality written feedback for pupils as well as strengthening assessment are also features of my role.
Currently, I work at all levels from SLT to class teachers to ensure that standards are raised.
